How long do my envelopes take to print?
Please allow four to six business days for the printing of your envelope order. The production time commences the day following your approval of the proof and receipt of payment. If your proof is approved and payment is processed by 12pm, production will begin on the same day.
Please allow an additional 2 to 6 business days for the envelopes to arrive at their destination, depending on the chosen shipping method. Please consult our Turnarounds page for more information on printing and shipping times.
What is a "safe bleed" for my designs?
Our custom envelopes are printed on a flat surface with full bleed, then converted, trimmed, and affixed. This enables you to print envelopes with full-color borders and panels, as well as incorporate a background or image throughout the envelope’s design. By including a 0.125″ bleed in your file, you can ensure that the background color or image extends to the envelope’s very edge. Please use our downloadable envelope templates for optimal results, and remember to maintain all essential elements (logo, return address, etc.) within the safe zone.
