Rush Flyer Printing reserves the right to update or revise this Returns, Refund, and Reprint Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes may reflect updates to our services, policies, or in response to customer feedback. Whenever changes are made, the “last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised. Please review this policy regularly, as the version in effect at the time of your order will apply.
Product Guarantee
We guarantee that our printed products will meet industry standards for quality and workmanship. If you encounter an issue with your print order, please contact our Customer Service Department. A representative will assist you in reviewing and addressing your concern.
Defective Orders and Claims Process
If you believe your order is defective or does not meet expectations, you must notify Rush Flyer Printing in writing via our online support system within six (6) business days of receiving your order. Claims submitted after this period will not be eligible for refund or reprint.
Once your claim is received, we will review it within five (5) business days. If more information is required and it is not provided in a reasonable timeframe, the claim will be closed. If a product is confirmed defective, we will reprint the job with rush production at no cost. If the issue remains unresolved after a reprint, a refund of the original order value may be issued. We may request physical samples of the defective items before approving a resolution.
Resolution and Follow-Up
A Customer Service representative will generally contact you within 24–48 hours once a refund or reprint is approved. If we are unable to reach you within five (5) business days, the matter will be considered resolved and no refund or reprint will be issued.
Unless otherwise agreed, you must return the entire original order within 15 calendar days of resolution approval. If the order is not returned, the original order amount will be charged to your account.
Reprints begin rush production within one (1) business day of receiving the returned product. Refunds, when applicable, are issued within ten (10) business days of receipt of the returned order.
Limitations of Liability
Rush Flyer Printing’s sole responsibility in the event of a defective order is limited to reprinting or refunding the order value. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to lost profits, goodwill, or data.
Issues Not Eligible for Refund, Return, or Reprint
The following circumstances do not qualify for refund, return, or reprint:
- Orders refused at delivery or marked undeliverable. Reshipment is available at the customer’s expense.
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer. Reshipment will incur additional shipping fees.
- Delays caused by incorrect customer information.
- Delays due to carriers, weather, natural disasters, customs, labor disputes, or other events outside our control.
- Color shifts from RGB or PMS submissions converted to CMYK.
- Errors in customer-supplied files (misspellings, low resolution, wrong folds, missing bleeds, damaged fonts, etc.).
- Images that print fuzzy, pixelated, or distorted due to artwork not supplied at 300 DPI CMYK.
- Products that vary slightly in color or ink density. Exact color matching is not guaranteed.
- Issues with writing or printing on coated products unless specified in product details.
- Duplicate orders submitted in error by the customer.
- Orders canceled after entering production.
- Orders containing time-sensitive material that arrive later than expected due to insufficient lead time.
- Violations of Rush Flyer Printing’s website terms and conditions.
- Viruses or malicious code not detected by our standard security scans.
- Loss or corruption of personal data, order history, or customer content stored with us.
- Failure to notify you of a delay, loss, or damage in connection with your order.
- Orders released by carriers without signature confirmation.
