Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

By using or placing an order through Rush Flyer Printing, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree or lack authority, do not use this site.

Updates to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting. Continued use means acceptance. If you disagree, you must stop using the site and remain responsible for any orders in progress.

Related Policies

These terms incorporate our Privacy Policy, Refund & Reprint Policy, and any other posted rules. Use of our services means acceptance of these documents as binding.

Electronic Communications

By using the site, you consent to receive notices electronically (email or site postings). These count as written communications. Opting out may require closure of your account while remaining responsible for open balances.

Site Use & Restrictions

We grant you a limited license to access and use the site. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or misuse content, software, or code. Misuse may result in account termination and legal action.

Accounts & Customer Content

You must register to place orders and keep account details accurate. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Uploaded content must be lawful, non-infringing, and technically compliant. You indemnify us for claims arising from your content. Files may be stored for at least 30 days and deleted thereafter.

File & Printing Standards

We recommend 300 DPI CMYK files. We do not guarantee RGB to CMYK conversions. UV coatings may affect colors. Pixelation or shifts due to low-res or incorrect files are not covered. Proof approval is final—errors after approval are the customer’s responsibility. Quantities may vary by up to 5%. EDDM orders follow USPS rules and may incur extra fees for bundling.

Orders, Payment & Cancellations

All prices are in USD. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Orders are not processed without payment. You may cancel before production begins; after that, no cancellations or refunds are possible. Design service fees are non-refundable.

Promotions & Coupons

Coupons and promotions are subject to their own terms. They cannot be combined, applied to prior orders, or redeemed for cash. We may modify or cancel promotions at any time.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, content, and software remain the property of Rush Flyer Printing or our licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Third-Party Links & Services

We may link to external sites for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, security, or practices.

Disclaimer & Liability

Services are provided “as is.” Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, except as prohibited by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and defend Rush Flyer Printing against claims arising from your use of the site, your uploaded content, or your breach of these terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by New York law. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in New York courts. The CISG does not apply.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Termination does not relieve obligations for unpaid balances or completed work.
