FAQs

Answering your most common questions

What are your business hours?

Our print shops are open Monday through Friday, 10am to 6pm. Orders can be placed online 24/7. If you reach us outside business hours, submit the contact form and we’ll respond the next business day.

Where are your printing locations?

We operate two locations in New York City. Our Brooklyn print shop is at 862 McDonald Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11218. Our Manhattan print shop is at 154 Grand Street, New York, NY 10013. Both are accessible by subway and car.

Do you offer same-day printing?

Yes. Many products including flyers, business cards, postcards, and posters are available with same-day turnaround. Files must be approved before our daily cutoff for same-day pickup or delivery.

Do you guarantee exact color matching?

We print to industry-standard CMYK. While we maintain high accuracy, screen colors (RGB) will not always match printed output. For brand-critical colors, request Pantone matching during setup.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Orders must be submitted online so files and specifications are logged correctly. Our support team can walk you through the process by phone if needed.

What is the minimum quantity you print?

With digital presses we can print as few as 25 pieces for some products. Larger offset runs are better suited for orders of 500 or more.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We ship through UPS for most orders, including ground and expedited services. Tracking links are sent automatically when your job leaves our facility.

Can I split an order across multiple designs?

Each design requires a separate order. For example, 500 flyers of two different designs cannot be combined into a single run of 1,000.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept print-ready PDFs, EPS, AI, JPG, and TIF files. Files must include proper bleed and safe zones. Convert all fonts to outlines before submission.

What resolution should my files be?

Standard offset and digital printing requires 300 dpi at final size. Large format signage should be 150 dpi at print size. Files under these thresholds may print blurry or pixelated.

What is bleed and why is it required?

Bleed is artwork extended beyond the trim line to allow for minor cutting shifts. Standard bleed is 1/8 inch (2–3 mm). Without bleed, thin white edges may appear on the final product.

Do you provide design services?

Yes. You can upload your own file, choose from templates, or request a custom design from our team. Additional design fees may apply depending on complexity.

How do I request a custom quote?

Use our custom quote form for products, sizes, or materials not listed on the site. Provide details and one of our team members will respond within 24–72 hours.

How quickly can I get a reprint if there’s a problem?

If a product is defective and approved for reprint under our policy, we place it into rush production within one business day. Refunds may also be available if reprinting cannot resolve the issue.
